Craig has been involved in theater as an actor, writer and director since the second grade. He graduated with a degree in Medieval Drama from the University of Chicago, where he was a student of Shakespeare scholar, David Bevington.

Craig is a regular at Fringe festivals around the world including those in Hollywood, Edinburgh, and Avignon where he performs original one-man shows. Recent shows include, I AM GOOGLE, FAT, BALD & LOUD, MR FIZZYWIGG'S STORY FACTORY, and COWBOYS AND INDIANS which he performed in English and French.

Television viewers have seen Mr. Shaynak on LAW AND ORDER LOS ANGELES, THE SHIELD, JUST LEGAL, ALIAS, ER, WITHOUT A TRACE, LAS VEGAS, THE SUITE LIFE OF ZACK AND CODY, and I'M IN THE BAND.

On the big screen, Craig has appeared in THE INFORMANT with Matt Damon, directed by Steven Soderbergh and in HARSH TIMES, starring Christian Bale, Fredy Rodriguez and Eva Longoria. It was written and directed by screenwriter David Ayer (U571, Training Day). Craig has also done voices for such films as HAPPY FEET, NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM and ONE NIGHT WITH THE KING.
